Healthy Mind, Healthy Spirit

"The mind is a terrible thing to waste..."

You've probably heard the phrase before. However you take it, the phrase speaks truth. In my world, the mind and body are inextricably linked - you cannot separate one from the other and they both have their fair share of influence over your total well-being. A weak mind will often manifest physiologically, as cited and seen in psychophysiological research and every day encounters amongst those plagued by stress, depression, and other mental illnesses. On the flip side, a strong mind can prevail even when a body is weakened and ravaged by disease. Any resources or articles of interest that find their way to this section will be directly related to the business of mental or spiritual fitness (i.e. how to relieve stress, mindset discussions, and all other pertinent postings of a psychological or spiritual nature).
